Who doesn't love cheesecake and the combination of chocolate and peanut butter?? This dessert can be extremely easy, depending on what you want to do with it, and is a definite crowd pleaser.
1 cup creamy peanut butter
1 12 oz. container of cool whip
1 8 oz block of cream cheese
1 cup powdered sugar
1 graham cracker crust
Set cream cheese out until soft then fold together the peanut butter, cream cheese, cool whip and powdered sugar in a bowl mixing well (do NOT use fat free cream cheese, it will not mix into the pie and you'll have clumps in your finished product) spoon into graham cracker crust spreading evenly then sprinkle mini m&m's on top, refridgerate or freeze until ready to serve.
**Some prefer chocolate with their peanut butter and don't think the m&m's on top are enough, you can substitute the regular graham cracker crust for a chocolate one, or use a 9x9 in. pan of brownies as your base.
