Taco Soup

This recipe is a lot like Chili but runnier because you don't drain any of the juices out of the cans of beans and you add water.  It's my husbands favorite and one I like making in the crockpot, I can dump everything into the pot during the early afternoon and have a good hot meal when he comes home.

1 lb of ground beef
1 small chopped onion
2 cans of kidney beans
1 pkg. of Taco seasoning
3 cups of water
1 can of stewed tomatoes
16 oz. of Tomato Sauce (2 of the smaller cans)
1 can of corn

Brown the ground beef in a skillet and drain.  Pour all ingredients into a large pot and simmer 20-30 minutes.  Serve hot with corn chips and cheddar cheese.
