Aunt Sally's Chicken'n'Noodles

Aunt Sally is actually Sarah Morton, a wonderful woman who was in my ward when I was younger that made the very best home made chicken and noodles, taught me and my mom how to hand quilt and was such a blessing in our lives.

Egg Noodles
Ingredients:
2 1/2 cups flour
4 jumbo OR 5 large eggs
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt

Preparation
1. Mix dry ingredients in a medium-large mixing bowl, when done mixing form a nest shape with them in the bowl.

2. In Separate bowl bat eggs thoroughly then pour into the middle of the dry ingredients "nest"

3. Fold dry ingredients in then mix well until a ball of dough is formed.

4. Roll out on a flat surface to thickness about 1/8 of an inch then cut into noodle size desired.  (I use a pizza cutter but they sell noodle cutters that will make them more uniform in size)

5. Pick up and spread out over a flat surface, sprinkle flour over them and let dry.
