One of the best dishes at the big meals we have with my mom's side of the family is the green bean casserole. My husband isn't the biggest fan, but I eat enough for the both us so it's not too big of a deal.
Ingredients:
3 cans of Green Beans
1 can of Cream of Mushroom soup
2 cups of French Fried Onions
pepper
Directions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. In a medium mixing bowl, mix all green beans and cream of mushroom soup together, add about 1/2 teaspoon of pepper (more or less according to your personal preference) Mix thoroughly before putting in an 8x8 pan. Spread french fried onions over the top and bake in oven for 15 minutes or until the onions are crispy. Serve warm and enjoy :) :) :)
